@E2Eresearch I spend a bit of time talking to older shoppers who by definition dislike change and almost invariably the #women will not use self checkout and many refuse to put up with the #disgruntled #staff members #randomly checking purchases and receipt are aligned.
My favourite response to the checkout checker was if you can't #train your staff to do the checking out then don't expect me to respond well to be assumed a #thief.
For me as a lifelong lefty (not an auto #Labor/ #Democrat voter) I see self #checkouts as a scam to #deprive a young person of a #job.
