  1. I hate how basic #humanrights are a "controversial subject"

I hate how some #people are so stuck in their ways that they would rather stick their head in the sand than acknowledge #history #repeating itself until its too late

  2. I have been finding time to work on this art piece I wanted to make from earlier. Wouldn't you know it, but it fits perfectly in my bathroom.... as if I measured it beforehand ;)

As I listened to the "Rocks Off" song it was inspired by, I was thinking how that song is about a word Ted Gioia taught me- "Anhedonia" or the absence of enjoyment in an activity pursued for pleasure.

Nevvertheless, I am halfway done its other half... the Sunny side. I want to make a copy of it with a mirror in the middle... and I want to link them over the interwebs so that when one is on, the other is off. I think I might be able to do this with esp32s and "cloudflare workers" and not have to use little RPI boards an cloudflare tunnels.

I dream of the moon being in NYC and the sun being in Seattle and them turning each other on an off.

  3. Hey brain 🧠

...whatcha doin'? As I've mentioned a few 😉 times here already, sometimes my brain keeps going back to the same topics again and again. Sometimes it's easily explained, as it's something that's currently important in my life, like when I was preparing to move, or now with the preparation with the upcoming surgery. Sometimes it's something that is "in need of an answer or explanation", and I just can't seem to find those, so I keep pondering on it. And sometimes, I just start to write and it pops up as I go along... And I do keep sharing all these posts. Maybe it's just for me? But maybe it can also show others that they're not alone, if they have these recurring thoughts as well. I don't know if it's more of a NeuroSpicy 🌶️ treat, or if NT folks have "issues" like this as well... But lately, with my ADHD being more present at times, it seems to be happening more... […]

  4. Tech Bro Innovation

Patrick Boyle in “Tech Bros Inventing Things That Already Exist”

  5. [I/II] What a great picture!
    #ShutupMusk
    Seen at @w0bb1t

#Musk and #Twitter /#x do not have so much power over whole populations opinion, because so many people follow their tweets, but because the #media is constantly #repeating what is said on this sodden piece of #technology

Media that should be #independent is repeating this horrific #authoritarian for free, helping to plant his ideas in the brains of millions he could not reach otherwise

    Politicians started to use

  6. I am back!!!

    Day 13 - repeating:

    rings of time dance here

in this moment we call life

    repeating sunrise

  7. Going to try in vain to #nap or sleep. Hoping the song in my head will get off the same #repeating verse I've been carrying today and onto something new.

  8. Brands migrating here from Twitter might be smart to disable their account, or Twitt might take them from you. That happened during the fall of Freenode, 18 months ago. The story has striking parallels to Twitter's: Got sold to rich dude. Staff left. Rules against hate speech were removed. Starting banning links to alternative networks...

  9. with the said Ouches
    in mind

    lets consider
    #chaos
    and
    #randomness
    ??

    Instead of pattern, lets' say
    #repeating
    elements?

    Now encountering random -
    we may
    pick certain repeats.

however, these elements which we notice as
    repeating patterns,
    are
    they not these which may
    operate with humans?

    ie other lives may pick
    Other
    patterns within the same chaotic
    randomness?
