Oh my, glad I didn’t eat or prepare some of the many potatoes I got in the last month! Turns out it means it has collected a toxic chemical and one may actually experience “potato poisoning”! No link because you’ll see a lot of information and links to whoever you trust. I saw a LOT of groceries and bags and bags of it on sale and so many, many had the green.

Ist ganz einfach: Zuerst röstest Du Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in Okiven- oder kalt gepresstem Rapsöl (ist preiswerter) und dann den später den Fenchel. Den halbierst Du und schneidest dünne Halbringe... und wirfst ihn mit zu den gerösteten Zwieben/Knoblauch. Ich würze immer nach Laune..., aber zumeist mit Kräutersalz, Pfeffer, pikantem Thai-Curry, Kurkuma, etwas China-Gewürz sowie den Kräutern ...
Zum Dünsten kannst Du also entweder Weißwein, Wasser mit Gemüsebrühe etc. nehmen. Manchmal mache ich auch Fenchel mit Sojageschnetzeltem.

Das Soja zuvor in heißer Brühe weich werden lassen...
