Dank #Foodsharing kann die eigene Ernährung deutlich nachhaltiger werden. Klöße und Rotkohl kamen aus der Lebensmittelrettung. Die Sauce ist aus Linsen mit viel geretteten Gemüse (Karotten, Zwiebeln, Sellerie, Paprika, Chili, Lauch). Selbst die Petersilie kam aus der Lebensmittelrettung.
Wenn über Ressourcenengpässe gesprochen wird, weil Transportwege im Krieg versperrt werden, dann sollte man auch über Ressourcenvernichtung sprechen.

You ever have one of those days where you try something new in the kitchen, and end up just hitting it OUT OF THE PARK somehow? That was today for me.

I had a ton of lentils in the fridge that needed eating up, so I processed them into veggie "meat" balls, fried them up, and had them with leftover naan and a little plain yogurt. The bowl on the bottom here has a kale/cabbage salad with ginger dressing, cut up halo mandarins, and pecans from my tree outside. It was amazing.
