- 1 quart de verre de canne à sucre
- 1 pincée de sel
- 2 œufs
- deux bouchons de whisky
- huile en quantité égal au whisky
- lait de soja la quantité au souhait de la texture souhaité (nous a peu près 1/2 litre je crois.)J’ai eu la chance de goûter le caramel d’un chef breton que c’est bon :) c’était aussi ma premier fois avec le caramel 🥹🥹🥹😍🙏🏽🤭✨

I do a bit of cooking and really enjoy it but very rarely do any baking. This weekend though I needed to bake a birthday cake that had to be lactose-free.
For no particularly good reason, I decided to use this recipe - https://www.sainsburysmagazine.co.uk/recipes/birthday-cakes/chocolate-birthday-cake - which, much to my surprise, was amazingly straightforward and worked (even if I overcooked the sponge a little bit).
