Hey all what's the best #PythonIDE for running #JupyterNotebooks without genAI?

Edit: never mind, for now I'm just using Jupyter Notebook, I just don't really understand why you'd want to code in a browser, or why you'd want all your functions and code and everything to be in the same file.. just give me basic scripts and functions and I can roll with that! #OldSchool
