  39. So, I might possibly be the least active person I know, and even with a bajillion aches and pains and everything else, I feel like I need to start doing something.

    This might be the first time I've followed along with a video - even the most beginner of beginner videos - and not felt oh so much worse about myself than when I started.

    I can do this for less than 10 minutes a day, even if I feel silly & like it isn't doing anything for me.
