Mittlerweile laufe ich seit einem Monat, habe in der ersten Juni Woche damit angefangen.

Der Transparenz wegen muss ich aber anmerken, dass ich in der Woche mit den extrem heißen Temperaturen nicht gelaufen bin.

Trotzdem konnte ich eine Woche später ohne nennenswerten Verlust wieder einsteigen.

Bin inzwischen bei 10 Minuten laufen, 2 Minuten gehen, wir erinnern uns, das Intervalltraining zum Anfangen. Bin immer wieder erstaunt, wie schnell man sich dadurch doch eine Ausdauer aufbauen kann.

Diesen Samstag werde ich dann vermutlich schon mit 15/2 Laufen/Gehen starten können.

Ich hab aber immer noch keinen Schimmer, wie schnell ich im Durchschnitt bin. Gehe immer von 7km/h aus, aber das erscheint mir viel zu langsam?

So ein Geschwindigkeitstracker wäre schon was Feines, aber ich habe mein #fitbit vor Jahren eingestampft, weil das inzwischen #google owned ist.

Ein Tracker, bei dem man sich nirgends einen Account machen muss, wäre was Feines.

Random but I finally have a new #Fitbit now after about 8(?) years. I've got the Inspire 3 now. I've had about four different ones over the many years, but I'm enjoying having something new now, and something I don't have to worry about charging every single night because the battery is murked. I also have three free months of Premium, so that's definitely a plus. Years ago, I had it. I might someday get it again as well.

I say all of this but just *know* that I'm still very upset about the changes Google has made with the new health app, completely doing away with Fitbit's app.
