Finally I found original photo of ram, which I mentioned in earlier post.
Behold the HORNS! 🐏No, he wasn't lying like this because of burden of this, he could stand up and reach to people's hands when sometimes kids was giving him grass. But these horns reached also ahead, almost in line with his nose and mouth. I wonder if it would be a problem when they would grow longer, also in front direction, effectively blocking him for reach grass growing on ground or food in trough,
I touched these horns because nobody said touching them doesn't bring good luck :blobcat_amused:

Made another jar of baby cucumbers to ferment. Me and wife also installed the "new" (it's probably 50y old, but we recently acquired it) tractor drill.

Over the last two days, I dismantled a livestock pen that I had built when I started taking care of a few cows during summer. My friend sold his cows in 2023, and the pen has sat unused and growing up in vines and weeds since then.I forgot to take a “before” picture of the removal project, but I found a few photos where the pen appears in a cameo role. The last eight hay bales got collected today. Unfortunately they meanwhile got rained on a whole lot and aren't so nice anymore, a great shame.
On the upside, the tractor driver had skills and the right attachment and managed to safely retrieve those two absconding into the forest.
Not a great year for hay. Although with Lithuanian farmers getting rid of their cows due to the low wholesale milk prices the demand has gone down as well.

This is an image that suddenly came to my mind one night when I was trying to sleep. I recently learned I have a condition called hyperphantasia, that is, extremely vivid mental imagery. The best way I can describe it is that my brain often just randomly generates very detailed images, I started keeping my journal on my bedside table so that I can jot down what comes to my mind, basically a drawing prompt lol. Of all the weird shit my brain does this is one of the few ones I’m actually happy with, I’m always full of cool ideas to draw :D
