I used to be a rooster sauce guy. It was the US OG sriracha and was delicious. The company eventually changed chili suppliers, so I switched to Underwood Ranch who were the original chili growers. Sadly, they stopped producing their own sriracha, so it was time to find a new one again.
I have officially switched to the TRUE OG sriracha from Thailand. The one that originally inspired rooster sauce. Sriraja Panich shall now always be stocked in my fridge!

Does anyone have any suggestions for #Sriracha sauce that's not Huy Fong? After their supplier fiasco their sauce now is flavorless trash (basically liquid salt), and the brand I did like (Uni-Eagle), I can't find anywhere locally anymore. Goose brand is ass IMO. I'm at a loss as to what to buy next (making at home is ideal but I'm too busy to prep food 98% of the time).

Tangent to nothing a few months back noted Melinda’s #GhostPepper wing sauce didn’t bring the expected heat. Since then it’s become clear our heat threshold appears to be abnormally high. This one has also aged well and turned out to be more flexible than expectations for wing sauce.
Feel free to mention #HotSauce favs here if you have them. Just no #Sriracha as that’s just a baseline everyone is familiar with. It doesn’t have to be specialty shelf -

Tabasco’s take on sriracha sauce ain’t bad! The folks at McIlhenny are legendary for consistency and quality, two things Huy Fong lost after its breakup with Underwood Ranches, plus it totally saved my meh Croissan'wich Monday morning.

Obsessed with this sriracha. It’s direct from the farm that originally grew the red jalapeños for Huy Fong (“Rooster Sauce”) before the fallout: Underwood Ranches. So fresh and so delicious. Sooo happy to have the OG sriracha back in my life!

I love #hotsauce - hotter the better. My daily driver contains Trinidad Scorpion peppers, if that means anything.
Today I went to a local place that makes their own & asked for chicken with their hottest sauce on the side. First bite & swallow made hiccups (because blood rushes to your diaphragm) and is your body telling you "SLOW DOWN."
2nd note: It tastes terrible.
3rd note: It has two forms of #capsaicin extract in it, which is a direct cause of the previous notes.
