Also lohnt ein Blick, ib die Zeit vor der "Ölpest", aber auch ein Kombinieren nachhaltiger Materialien mit neuen Fertigungsmethoden/Techniken. Hier fehlen richtungsweisende Vorgaben vom Gesetzgeber für Nachhaltigkeit, Kreislaufwirtschaft, transparente Lieferketten, energetischer Fußabdruck, Quali- statt Quantität, Leihen statt besitzen, Reparieren statt wegwerfen etc. Das wird durch die Profitgier der Konzerne zu oft verwässert und aufgeschoben.

BlackRock announced a £500 million UK data centre partnership with Digital Gravity Partners. The firm manages £2.3 trillion globally and £600 billion of the UK defined contribution pension market.
Definitely don't ask whose pockets the wealth is filling.

Capitalism is inherently exploitative, yes, because the capitalists accumulate wealth by paying workers less than the value their labour produces, a gap known as surplus value. Workers, who need wages to survive, are forced to create more value than they receive.

@Mojoscope @georgetakei You'd think George (or whoever his Mastodon flunky is) would get it. After all it was a Democratic President, FDR, who put him and his family in an internment camp. It's beyond me that he can condone the murder of thousands of children with our tax dollars. Has to be doublethink, I guess. But that doesn't make the children of Gaza any less dead.
Both parties work for billionaires. I don't see how anyone can NOT recognize that. They will not allow the system to be reformed, because the owners - the billionaires - WON'T ALLOW THAT.
We have to overthrow the system. Fascism is the inevitable end stage of capitalism. And it's killing the planet.
Either we fight the billionaires, or we die. It's that simple.
