    i have noticed that i am spending too much time updating you here, so i will not continue with #BedtimeRoutine, & #WakeUpRoutine anymore, as diligently as i have over the last few weeks..

    #WakeUpRoutine has started with some meditation - i chose to plant a seed of intention; to reach my full potential.

    i have noticed that i am spending too much time updating you here, so i will not continue with #BedtimeRoutine, & #WakeUpRoutine anymore, as diligently as i have over the last few weeks.

    i will however continue with #music before bedtime & music to wake up to, on my terms & not as a commitment. my priority is reaching my potential, which means i have to break my cycle of self-neglect & focus on loving my self & my inner child.
