The obvious disclaimer is that this is speculative, but epidemiology usually is. Kevin Dave should be in jail and is lucky to just be loosing his job (finally).
He did not have a valid driver's license.
He was speeding, 75 in a 25.
He did not have his lights & siren on (until after he hit Jaahnavi).
He hit Jaahnavi in a WELL MARKED nearly engineered crosswalk.Police weren't needed.
Fire was already attending to the OD patient and radioed police dispatch.

News just out that Judge Glanville has been ordered off the Young Thug trial. Judge Glanville was seen weeks ago berating lawyer's and threatening to jail them when they questioned the judge's choice to meet secretly with witnesses without defense attorneys present.

Holy crap, just checked my email and the court FINALLY issued the written version of the ruling which allows me to get back to being a parent!
Sadly the courts took THREE months to send us the paperwork and my ex has with held my daughter the entire time.
The judge commented on that in the order and I'm happy to see the courts are finally ALSO demanding that I be allowed to see my daughter, starting TODAY!
