So I'm still being separated from my child.
The hearing this past week on the 4th round of false accusations(made to retro-actively justify kidnapping it would seem) was neutral as far as an ordinary person would be concerned.
But if you've done some court watch... there was tea.
Where have I seen this judge before? 🤔
oh right, they had to sit through my accusers 3rd wave of false allegations and get to handle the 4th round now 🤦🏿♂️

Court watch a few weeks ago. I saw this math atrocity:
Judge - "Alice, you say the number is 200"
Judge - "Bob, you say the number is 250"
Judge - "So why don't we take the middle, 240 and figure out the details later"The judge graveled, and signed "240" into a order as the mid point between 200 and 250 🥴

Got the contempt paperwork filed last week for the ongoing parental kidnapping situation and received an emergency court date for next week.
This is the uptenth time I've had to try and hold the other party accountable to basic court orders.
Sadly EVERY time you file something in court it costs a BOAT load of legal fees.

What's so comical about the Federal prosecution in this case is that before their work in government the current US AG, Todd Blanche, defended Paul Manafort and literally won against NY State charges on the EXACT same double-jeopardy statue.
So now Luigi is using the -exact- same legal loophole other Trump lawyers have deploy successfully and they just can't seem to understand where the rushed federal case went wrong.

Pretty wild that the world's most famous EV developer is currently laughing in people's faces when they ask about clean water.
And through his flagrantly illegal actions at the xAI Colossus data center in Memphis... its clear he's also laughing in our face about following clean air regulations.
Now the NAACP has to sue him to follow the existing regulations!

The federal stalking charges are now heading into a sentencing phase.
According to TMZ, the sentencing guideline for the guilty plea charges is between 24 and 30 years.
The judge can give him less OR more time from the guideline.
So using the lower end of the scale and assume good time credit which takes of 15% Luigi could be looking at 20 years... instead of death or life.
He'd be around 48 in that version of events if he's lucky.

Big update, Luigi admitted guilt in the federal stalking case. All eyes are back on the NYC court where a double jeopardy filing is expected soon.

BREAKING - Luigi Mangione this morning plead guilty to two Federal Stalking charges.
Meanwhile in the NY State Murder case Luigi has maintined a not guilty plea.
Given his lawyers statements outside of the court it appears Luigi copped the lower charges and now will rely upon double jeopardy protections to fight the larger charge of murder.

Portland code says that stairs with 6 or more steps need railings.
But bruh maybe I can't count but the old lady's stairs appear to have FIVE raised steps.

It's unclear if the old women was ever cited for this violation prior to one pig's little fall.
And immediately after the accident she installed railings along with other major house renovations.

For the Oregon & Portland crowd there's some hope to reduce these types of lawsuits.
Typically speaking in -most- states its likely not legal for the cops to file civil suits blaming the public for simple workplace injurties.
This is EXACTLY what workman comp and other workers and insurance programs are for.
But oh right, the cop claims the fall caused a policing-PTSD flare up that's hard to live with.

However... a $10k fine for a half million dollar criminal enterprise she was the kingpin of is kinda light if you ask me!

Wild family court watch story. This judge fleeced couples who were divorcing by appointing her lawyer friends in private practice to positions that were meant to be neutral. And anytime her friends were in court arguing a case... some how she ALWAYS made sure her friend's side go legal fees award paid by the other party... regardless of the facts and merits of the case.
This is sort of self dealing imo is VERY common in these civil court rooms.

Now keep in mind, the #2 type cases, people who will ultimately settle is from my personal observation something I probably personally under count in physical & virtual court watch.
I really think, especially in family court the vast majority of families likely settle before needing courts. Settle at the first mention of court, or TRULY work together to minimize the court bill bc its just coming out of the overall family anyhow if you burn legal cash.

Which is of course why sane parents never end up in family court in the first place.
In WA state, parents can simply share custody without any court order. There isn't really a requirement to go to court unless the parties can't trust one another.
I felt I could trust my ex to be a 50/50 parent and never expected basic parenting rights to ever be in question at all.

Afroman gave some testimony today about the timeline of events on the day of the botched raid.
The cop's lawyer is nit-picking about why Afroman, after learning of the raid, arrived at the police station to collect some of his belongings with his lawyer and a news crew.
The cops seem to be suggesting Afroman was attempting to inflame the situation by having witnesses and legal representation for the interaction.
