It's just not a job that can exist in a fair and just society.

Have detectives, have therapists, have negotiators, lawyers, paramedics, firefigjters, and maybe even a swat type team called when needed by the above, but police, as a full time job, attracts psychopaths and turns them into paranoid violent psychopaths.

The police system must be dismantled because the people who end up being police are the absolute last people we should be trusting with power.
