A huge issue that has not been in the best interest of my child is the ridiculous number of unnecessary and flat false reports the other parents has regulalry made.
We have a Karen Law in WA state... but its extremely hard to utilize.

None the less the cops decided I must sign some documents and be served. They refused to let me read the documents before signing OR call my lawyer. But also told me I was free to leave. So I left without signing or receiving a copy of the documents.
Its clear what my custody plan currently is my child is kidnapped still.
It typically takes about three months and $20k to go to court for DVPOs.
So this again is all just meant to bleed me dry.

I've been stopped by armed cops 30 times this year.

It has cost me over $40k in legal costs to attempt to stop the abuse. Yes, our state has a Karen law, no it's not a cost effective solution.
Even ICE doesn't typically stop a person THIRTY times in 3 months.

Ten days, that's the longest I've gone this year without police contact over false claims from my ex.
Seattle police today used an undercover cop and had nearly a half dozen cops come through (some well after the exchange) and harassed me as I left.

I keep wondering why my energy has been down lately and I think its clear, stress and harassment take A LOT of energy to process.
Its so helpful to listen to the children harmed by frivolous family court processes bc now adays they figure out when their parents lied.
The reality is that the parent who lies is simply a child abuser plain and simple.
Here's one kid whose talking about the abuse she suffered.

My counter parent and guest laughed in my face and taunted the entire time for the third time this week.
Imagine one parent working hard, trying to make ends meet. And the other parent constantly calling the cops and attempting to provoke negative police interactions THREE times a week in front of a child.

We have a hearing date of June 22nd to address this issue and more. But I need to make a payment to my family law lawyer this month to keep him fully engaged.
He's been doing great work, it's just wild how long the courts will allow this shit to go on before acting.
