Been having a proper action packed blast of a time back at #Pilchuck #Glass School. With my buddy Jacob Wilcox we are assisting Jen Elek and Jeremy Bert teach a #class making neon #beer signs. Here are some photos from the opening night demo- the hearts and #LOVE bent and pumped in half a day. Jeremy is teaching the neon and wiring while Jen covers the #steel frame #fabrication and pattern drawing.

In Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel woedt een conflict over een speeltuin. Na klachten over geluidsoverlast werd een speeltoestel weggehaald en kwam er een plan om een geluidsscherm te plaatsen. Buurtvader Wilco Dekker en belangenbehartiger van de bewoners Danny Rombouts protesteren hier fel tegen. En dat lijkt niet zonder resultaat.
