I’m cautiously excited about this news. I’ve been using the Plymouth to London line for almost 20 years, and in that time it’s only gotten less reliable and more expensive.
So please, please let this result in better consistency, nicer trains, and generally better pricing.
Driving to London shouldn’t be the cheaper / more effective option.

> Wall Street will just have to speculate on how much cash Musk’s orbital empire is actually generating and whether any of this makes sense.
I reckon it won’t. But do I think that’ll stop them from attempting this?
Thought it would be rather entertaining if it goes the way of WeWork…

My frustrations with Apple Journal are still very real.
I'm not holding my breath for WWDC this year to magically fix them... But it would be great if Apple did.

I'm a little annoyed as I had to update the Hugo Theme, but it's totally overwritten all of the custom changes I made 🤦♂️. So i no longer have the "more from" or the nice Social header when sharing.
I've also lost the subject lines too.
Ugh, add that to the list in January then... -
Had a really interesting night at the Digital Plymouth Rock Duck event.
It's an event to help those wanting to start a Tech Start Up in the south west.Met loads of nice people, and got share a little more about @dev_team_tools with people.
Feeling a little excited about it 😄

Had a blast watching High School Musical 3 with my partner last night!
It’s a _terrible_ movie, but a lot of fun to “hate watch”. Here’s my #Letterboxd review; -
Never thought I’d be so happy to see some rain in #ivybridge but it’s been weeks!

This is rather neat!
It's a shame however that DayOne doesn't support multiple locations attached to an entry. I like to list everywhere I've been in a day.
I've also found their UI to be a little less inspiring compared to Apple Journal...Though at least it actually works properly on MacOS.

Watching I, Robot tonight. Not seen it in years.
A few things hit me about this movie:
1. It’s 22 years old.
2. It’s set in 2035, so 9 years from now
3. This was made pre iPhone, Facebook, YouTube, etc.Basically, what I’m saying is… I feel old.

Just tried to use #Anthropics AI chat client, Claud, for something. It claims to be "privacy first", yet it needed my phone number and email.
So yeah, nope.

Woah!
#Google #Bard just doesn't have an API. Like, at all? There are hobby projects to wrap around it, but no official one? That seems like a big omission, when compared to #ChatGPT

I wrote this two months ago, and I swear every time I use it I find more bugs.
Todays? Trying to delete a location from a journal sometime just does not work. Nothing happens. It's embarrassing how bad it is.
