I don't know what's up with the stupid things the #iPad UI does in windowed apps mode, but I didn't want to update from #iOS 26 to 27, but some of what I've dealt with is downright stupid, making me stupidly hopeful of relief. Take a look at the screen cap below where the stoplight window controls have drifted down to cover a back button. How is this better than a defined caption bar? I blame UX defects like this Liquid Glass. Today, it appears, command-tab navigation doesn't update the Z-order of #Safari windows that have been made into an app. A new regression from a recent update? #Apple Q/A sucks, recently.
Might as well update to iOS 27, which maybe is being tested more thoroughly? Famous last words, I fear.
