Vielen Dank an alle Fachkräfte im Fahrdienst, die diese Haltestelle jeden Morgen und Abend mit ihren Bussen erhellen, da die Beleuchtung seit über einem Jahr defekt ist.
Meine Liste mit allen defekten Beleuchtungen an den #Haltestellen auf der Linie #M5 steht seit Januar 2025 im #EMSOS auf "Bearbeitung".
Die Versuche, über diverse Stellen der #SWO Abhilfe zu bekommen, haben, wie zu sehen, nicht geklappt.

Da steht in § 28 1)
"Die Einreihung in eine bestimmte Verwendungsgruppe der Gehaltstabelle erfolgt nach der Art der Tätigkeit."In einer Stellenausschreibung für eine Leitungsposition lese ich aber:
"Einstufung abhängig von Qualifikationsniveau gem. Kollektivvertrag der
Sozialwirtschaft Österreich („SWÖ-KV“) für Vollzeitbeschäftigte:
VWGr. 6 und VWGr. 7 ..."Dürfen die das? Das widerspricht doch dieser Regelung im KV?

Christoph Badelt nennt in den #orf Sommernachgesprächen, den #SWÖ Kollektivvertragsabschluss der Sozialpartner ein gelungenes Beispiel für eine Arbeitszeitverkürzung (ohne Einmischung der Politik).
Und meine Kollegin so: "Recht hat a, jetzt wo ich nur noch 37h/Woche arbeite, weiß ich schon gar nimmer wohin mit meiner ganzen Freizeit."

After all the recent hassle it was really nice to think about something else and discuss #RCO exams with my fellow #SWO's. Unfortunately I had to leave the meeting early to walk the dogs.
For those not familiar with the acronyms, the RCO is the UK based Royal College of Organists and SWO is the Society of Women #Organists. I'm a member of #SWO and they're not active in the fediverse yet but maybe I can help to change that.
