Lebenslang im Femizid-Prozess in Freiburg
Heute verurteilte das Landgericht Freiburg im Mordfall Nadine S. den Angeklagten A. zu lebenslanger Freiheitsstrafe mit Feststellung der besonderen Schwere der Schuld.
Zudem muss A. den Hinterbliebenen 25.000 € zahlen.
Hintergründe
Am 29.06.2024 tötete in einer Umlandgemeinde von Freiburg, der damals 34-jahrige in den späten Abendstunden, seine 38-jährige Ehefrau. Dem Mord ging eine jahrelange toxische Beziehung voran, in der er seine Partnerin isolierte, demütigte, körperlich attackierte.
Am Tattag muss es, so das Gericht, zu regelrechten Jagdszenen im Haus gekommen sein: mit 15 verschiedenen Schlagwerkzeugen prügelte er auf Nadine ein. Darunter ein Baseballschläger, Gürtel, Eisenstange, ein Ziegelstein. Am Ende schlug er mit dem Ziegelstein 26-mal auf ihren Kopf.
Der Vorsitzende Richter sprach in der Urteilsbegründung von einer regelrechten Hinrichtung. Diese stehe auf sittlich niedrigster Stufe. Dies begründe auch die besondere Schuldschwere, das bedeutet, er wird erheblich länger als 15 Jahre in Haft sitzen, denn eine Entlassung auf Bewährung nach 15 Jahren ist damit ausgeschlossen.
Die Staatsanwaltschaft Freiburg hatte den Angeklagten ursprünglich wegen Totschlags angeklagt, also ausdrücklich nicht wegen Mordes.
Vor der Urteilsverkündung versammelten sich solidarische Menschen vor dem Gerichtsgebäude und brandmarken die alltägliche Gewalt gegen Flinta*.
Der Gerichtssaal war mit 143 Plätzen bis auf den allerletzten Stuhl gefüllt. Als der Vorsitzende das Urteil verkündete brandete Applaus auf.
