This is such a weird twisty thing. Like why _not_ tell the jury in the first place that you consider these actions potentially to be terrorism? Why not let them decide for themselves if it is or isn't? Why keep that part secret?

Interesting article.
So apparently #PalestineAction was (unlawfully) declared a #terrorist organisation by the UK govt and its supporters have been convicted of criminal damage - for damaging products created purely to commit acts of #genocide.
#Elbit on the other hand, continue to trade as if their business is entirely normal.
