The fun challenge of #SuitcaseCarry a sandbag for 12 km in #Wien / #Vienna while doing brief site seeing and #OpenStreetMap.
Towards the center/east of Wien there is the opportunity to do some #MicroMapping. Also there are lots of potential in adding waste baskets and dog stations.
My grip was almost gone the last couple of km, but it could also be due to doing pull-ups on `playground=horizontal_bar`, 3 x 10 #PullUps.

So, there are new Pull Ups commercials with cartoon pee droplet and a chunk of poop kind of narrating.
It ends with the cartoon pee drop turning to the poop and saying, "Loosen up."

- 4 single arm bent over DB row (17,5 kg!)
- 10 banded lat pull downs (35 kg band)Triceps & core: 3 rounds
- 10 triceps roll back (4 kg)
- 10 pull overs (6 kg)More core: tabata flutter kicks
Surprised myself with the DB rows with 17,5 kg (ok, low reps, but still), and the heavy band for the lat pull downs. This one killed my hands though, the grip is horrible.
