@lightweight sure is :) At #Oblong, my strategy was to introduce #FreeCode experiences into a thing people paid for already - net access via a net cafe. The best way to bootstrap #PlatformCoops might be to insert them into things people are still used to paying for, and only just going digital. If those platforms support #OpenStandards and esp. federation standards wherever practical, the commercial revenue can subsidize offering the UX people are now used to getting for free
