This was a fun and simple one to work on! It’s not often I work on a merfolk with a long tail but it was fun to do so, having their tail make a swirl was quite fun and helped put focus on the element. This isn’t my first time working on a pic of MerAmity but it was fun to do a different expression and try to capture that wonder while Gul looks excited.

This was a fun and simple one to work on! It’s not often I work on a merfolk with a long tail but it was fun to do so, having their tail make a swirl was quite fun and helped put focus on the element. I also restored the mermaid's reflection in the glass, which I'd previously hidden because I thought it made the centre of the drawing a little too busy.
