It might be middle-aged person syndrome, but I just can't deal with fast-action touch controls unless I'm actively looking at them.

This means retro-gaming on mobile isn't for me, except for very slow paced games. 😔

Also, without a proper 3.5mm audio jack, the delay on bluetooth headphones is just... awful.

Una batallita con #Lemuroid, un frontend simple y bonito para núcleos de Libretro (emulación).
En #Android14 hay un "bug" con el explorador de archivos que ya no permite por las buenas ni las malas sin ser usuario root modificar Android/Data/, que es el único sitio donde esa app guarda las partidas.
La solución del dev: incluir en la versión de Google Play sincronización con Google Drive sin una opción de exportación e importación manual.

kinda disappointed that the f-droid release of #lemuroid still has a bug preventing the touch controls on samsung devices from registering more than one tap at a time

and the bug is fixed, but there's no new release

because it's not like your program being almost unusable on one of the most common brands of smart devices should interrupt your release schedule

Grabbed Lemuroid on the phone and managed to get me a Skip-bo rom somewhere. I've never owned an NDS, but my bro and sis both did, and I used to play Skip-bo on theirs.

In preparation for the arrival of my #anbernic #rg35xx I've been building an SD Card full of #roms. To test it I've been using an old #AndroidOne #MotoX4, and I've got to say; #retroGames on #android is pretty fucking great! I'm playing #Nintendo64 / #Playstation on four year old hardware.

Slap #lemuroid #retroArch on an old #Pixel phone, you won't regret it!

Gotta PR support for it in #Delta, #Deltroid, #OpenEmu, #Lemuroid, #Provenance.

That'll cover #iOS, #Android, #macOS, and #tvOS. Wanna get this NES tech as widespread as possible. 📱📺💻

@joel Yeah, #lemuroid is great. I get better performance with it on DS games than I do with retroarch
