Usually Sovereign wealth funds transfer money from the rich and corps through the state to the people... esp when using public resources. In Canada's case it appears that the sovereign wealth fund is to move money from avg tax payers TO big corps and the rich to "build things"... and improve the shareholder's bottom line. Hmmmm...
