I have the earlier model, and it is just fine. I can easily get better than 4 m/kWh in town just by driving as if I'm biking — that is, going slow up hills and keeping my foot off the brakes on the downhill as much as possible. We used to joke that if transport had evolved as quickly as computers, we'd be able to travel the world in seconds by now. The counter was risking crashes regularly, and rebooting wouldn't necessarily help us.
I am now on my third BEV (battery electric car): Nissan Leaf, Kia Soul EV, Kia Niro EV 3.
The latter is a very new model, featuring "Zombie Mode", which stops you switching from neutral to drive/reverse (need to discconect 12v battery lead or wait 10+ mins)!
