In der #Batteriefabrik von #Nissan im britischen Sunderland entstehen jährlich bis zu 60.000 Lithium-Ionen-Batterien für den #NissanLEAF und den e-NV200.
Die Produktion erfolgt größtenteils im Reinraum, um empfindliche Prozesse wie die #Zellfertigung und das Einfüllen des Elektrolyts vor Verunreinigung zu schützen. In sechs Schritten wird aus #Elektroden, Zellen und Modulen ein vollständiges #Batteriepaket zusammengesetzt, das später im #Fahrzeug verbaut wird.
