What is Energy?
Everything is energy. The universe is one vibrating field of energy, vibrating at different frequencies and concentrations. Most of what we see and feel around us is material energy, that is, atom, which is energy split into positive and negative electric charge.
Magnetic fields (subtle energy) are another form of energy that are a mixture of vibrating positive and negative charge.
