Adventures in publishing (continued): After Amazon's antics last week, I noticed that the ebook for CHORDS OF DECEPTION shows up as #2 in the Lily Gallagher Mysteries series. Correct. But the papaperback is listed as book #3 in the series. Um, no, that's not right.
