Frode Solheim is continuing to develop FS-UAE
The Amiga emulator FS-UAE and its associated launcher is a platform-independent version of UAE for Windows, Mac OS X and numerous Linux and BSD variants. The last version of FS-UAE was released on 3 January 2022. Frode Solheim, the main developer of FS-UAE, wrote, that he will not simply give up on the project without ensuring an orderly handover: -

Dimitris 'MiDWaN' Panokostas has released a new plugin for the AmigaOS version of LightWave 3D: "ObjSwap" automatically swaps objects in the current scene based on the current frame number. His toolchain, including LW headers patched for cross-compilation with GCC, is also available.

Until now, FPGA-68k systems have relied on software emulation, stubs or behavioral shortcuts that cannot reproduce the actual FPU behavior. Another update has been released for the Christmas game Sleigh Ride and Seek, which originally required the AGA chipset but has been available for OCS computers since the previous update. Performance has been improved once again, and faster Amigas now have the option of using Fast RAM as a render buffer, which significantly improves the frame rate on PiStorms and similar devices. The AGA and OCS versions are now combined in a single archive.
