Good morning (Australia et al.) Mainstream cereal mixes have gross amounts of sugars, milk powder & vegetable oil (WTF?), loads of nuts, etc. Today, #WFPBD plus unsweetened low fat oat milk. Australian oats; 5-grain flakes, bran (not Kellogg's sugar-fest), 1 fig, 1 date.

The hummus experiment turned out delish! Wanna try it? Soak then cook chickpeas (nicer than tinned). Grill w/o oils: red capsicum, onion, carrot. Place all in blender with just enough unsweetened oat (or soy) milk to blend. Pinch of potassium salt (heart-healthier).
