Got one more job that's been waiting on me DONE....about five pounds (four large bags) of my peppers trimmed, seeded, seeds collected for drying, chopped and into the freezer!! PHEW
That's been weighing on me for a week. Glad to have it done and glad to have them in the freezer waiting to go into delicious things! #gardening #cooking #homegrown
