Research into #ADHD being a circadian rhythm disorder (sleep patterns)
Looks interesting. Maybe insomnia is not the symptom of ADHD but ADHD is a symptom of insomnia.
It aligns anecdotally (for me and people I talked to over the years).
It is interesting that some people are now finally looking into it.Anyone else with ADHD having "an unusual sleep pattern"?

I'm considering trying zinc carnosine.
It is used to treat stomach ulcers and gastritis. There are studies showing benefit in healing pressure sores.
There are anecdotal reports of people trying it for MCAS or gastritis and having bad side effects - sometimes worsening the symptoms they were trying to ameliorate.
Anyone have any experience using zinc carnosine?
