Implementing some real price controls on oil and gas companies is a good thing. This is a new step beyond the easy tax holidays that take money away from provincial revenues.
Would like to see this across the country but Carney is probably too afraid of the Alberta referendum to do it right now. (rightly so, I suppose)

Would rather the taxes stay in place and *we* control the price up and down, not the oil companies making massive profits from war and climate destruction.
