Viimeiset pari vuotta ovat olleet liikunnan osalta rikkonaisia, kun joko migreeni on estänyt liikkumasta, migreenin estolääkkeiden haittavaikutukset ovat estäneet liikkumasta tai sitten liikkuminen on laukaissut migreenin.
Nyt takana reilu kuukausi säännöllistä liikettä ja ulkoilua, kiitos uusimman estolääkkeen. Pitää vain pidätellä itseään, että malttaa rakentaa kuntoa ja rutiinia maltilla, niin fiiliksissä on jokaisesta lyhyestä juoksu-kävelylenkistä ja pyrähdyksestä pyörällä.
Tänään ensimmäinen polkujuoksulenkki. Sää oli aurinkoinen ja lämmin, jopa tuuli oli leppeä, kesää kohti selvästi mennään! Jalat tuntuivat vahvoilta, askel rullasi eikä tarvinnut muita kävelytaukoja kuin ylämäet, että tehot eivät karanneet. Parasta parhautta :bunhdheart:
