A deer friend of mine who is comming to terms with having #DID, found a video by the youtube-channel “The CTAD Clinic” and found it helpful. Given that I am personally rather sceptical of a lot of medical ressources on the topic, given the massive lack of research and the large number of psychs who don't even believe the condition exists, I would be interested if anyone plural systems here have any comments (good and bad!) about this channel.

This is not about whether anything they say matches your experience, but whether you think they represent the topic overal in a reasonable manner.

Almost forgot: last night Mrs. Selectric and Mrs. Bullhorn (no, I don't know their true names: maybe it's for the best?) tried to tell me something about self-driving cars but screwed up royally (as they often do: they're scatter-brained). All I can remember is:

• I was in the passenger seat of a microcar. Driver seat empty; no seats in the rear.
• We were evacuating the area, no idea why. Mine was but one out of hundreds or thousands of cars on the road.
• Two unknown/indistinct persons were riding on the car's hood. (How?) Visibility wasn't an issue for the robot vehicle so I guess it was OK?
• I was very sexually excited and nobody seemed to pay attention, so something disgusting happened. (I'm no exhibitionist, dammit. I value my fucking privacy. And my hygiene.)
• I relaxed. We were already on a highway, slowly going somewhere. Or nowhere. It was already night. I must have dozed off in-universe. End of tape.

As torturers they're very good first-year film students: pretentious, unable to tell a story and without a hope in Hell of getting paid for their "art".

And yes, I'm talking the language of #plurality. Neither of these ladies are the person writing this; we fear and despise each other; communication is adversarial, indirect and uncertain; and this is all I know from many years of sharing this skull.

On this Thoughtful Thursday, I have written a blog post about my inner world and what it's like inside my mind. From my experiences with visual imagination to my internal monologue and the many friendly voices in my head.

I made this while struggling with being alone at home again; I'd been working on my struggles with asking for things that I want, which were exacerbated by my inability to decide on - or even realize - what it was that I wanted, let alone ask for it in the first place.

This was a more visceral experience, captured directly from an internal exchange I had with Chili, one of my facets. It should speak for itself.
