Mac App Store przestaje działać na starszych wersjach macOS
Użytkownicy macOS Mojave (10.14) i starszych wersji zgłaszają problemy z dostępem do Mac App Store – nie mogą się zalogować ani pobrać zakupionych aplikacji.
Problemy zaczęły się 24 stycznia 2025 roku, prawdopodobnie w wyniku zmian w obsłudze paragonów w App Store. Na Mojave można przeglądać sklep, ale nie można dokonywać zakupów ani pobierać aplikacji. Starsze wersje, takie jak High Sierra (10.13) i Sierra (10.12), zgłaszają brak interfejsu lub błędy uniemożliwiające dostęp.
Apple sugeruje korzystanie z alternatywnych źródeł instalatorów macOS lub pobieranie aplikacji bezpośrednio ze stron deweloperów.
