I'm finally catching up - This image was taking this past February during an incredible foggy week. I named it after the tree shown on the cover of #EldenRing because well, it reminded me greatly of it. Such an incredible and cool tree to find.

Mount Monolith might be part of the most unique mountain ranges I've visited.

In the high northern Tundra these mountains weren't formed by your usual tectonic plates pushing up on each other, but by the volcanoes that erupted underneath ancient glaciers, freezing them in time as enormous black vertical walls, with column like pillars extending across the ridge lines.

#ForestFriday is here! So, one of my favourites (even included it in my calendar) - Fledgling, named due to the cute size of this mossy stump that appears to be protected by the large Vine Maple.

What a gift to have stunning places like this to explore (carefully too, don't ruin the moss people!)

Brick Fence Perspective
