Sono appena arrivato a #Bologna per partecipare in una conferenza sulla legge tedesca sull'obbligo di diligenza lungo le catene di fornitura e l'applicazione nel contesto italiano, organizzata dalla @boeckler_de insieme all' #IRES Emilia-Romagna, la #Cgil #Fiom et l'#IGMetall.

La dynamique réelle des salaires a été arrêtée lors du deuxième choc pétrolier (déclenché par une grève générale en Iran).
En France, entre 1950 et 1978, la dynamique des rémunérations totales, comme des salaires nets, était forte. En équivalent temps plein, la hausse a été de 4 % en moyenne annuelle.

La seule voie d’augmentation de salaire était la montée en compétence : la croissance des salaires réels oscillait entre 1978 et 2017 entre 0,2 % et 0,6 % par an, contre 4 % avant 1978.

Depuis 1978, les rémunérations stagnent : + 0,4 % par an en moyenne entre 1978 et 1993, et + 0,1 % entre 1993 et 2017. Les salaires nets réels, eux, accusent une baisse réelle moyenne de - 0,1 % par an sur l’ensemble de la période.

L’évolution des salaires est devenue fortement et structurellement négative à partir de 2017 (élection d’Emmanuel Macron), brusquement. En cumulé, la rémunération réelle totale entre le deuxième trimestre 2017 et le deuxième trimestre 2023 a reculé de 10 % en équivalent temps plein, et le salaire brut réel a reculé de 7,1 %.

A paper in @eLife from Anne-Catherine Prats lab (U Toulouse) looking at #IRES regulation.
They show that #mRNA with IRES in #cardiomyocytes interactes with #lncRNA NEAT1 in nuclear paraspeckles, and suggest an assembly of an "IRESome" -with paraspeckle-related proteins - that regulates IRES-dependent translation (here - upon hypoxia).
