@Nonya_Bidniss This GenX highly recommends moving to that small little town and going to the same diner and knowing everybody. Because after about 10 years, you become one of the characters of the town that people talk about. Then you know all the farmers who grow your food and you talk about how the blueberries are going to do this year. And then you start making your own lotions from herbs you gather from your own garden.

Ka’Chava Protein Powder Saves Me From Hangry Commutes
I like to exercise in the morning. My alarm goes off around 6 a.m. and I get right into some movement. Unless I’m going for a long run, I don’t typically eat breakfast before my workout, so by the time I’m done, I am hungry. But of course by then it’s a race aga…

Totally awestruck by Simon Jimenez' The Vanished Bird.
Such depth. Such compassion. Such imagination. Such beauty.
I wish I could read it again for the first time.
If you like SF and enjoy beautiful language you should try it.

Just finished EP32 of The Future of Podcasting by @davejackson and @theDanielJLewis about <Alternate Enclosure> - very timely to the conversation on here this week. #highlyrecommend
Glad to say Podfans has updated our use of the alternate enclosure so creators can add it to their RSS feed in Podfans. I have tested this with @Todd_Blubrry podcast New Media Show. This will be overwritten when the next episode drops. But we have audio/video in the same feed.

These are some of the new #FoodPlants I will be #growing this season. I add a few new to me varieties, each year. These are all from my fave #SeedsSource - #SaanichOrganics - very high #germination rates. Way better than #Westcoast Seeds packs! #HighlyRecommend their #GMOfree seeds.

So #TheWonder, #Element's new #IRISH film set in #Ireland on #Netflix with #FlorencePugh #TomBurke, directed by #SebastiánLeliois IS wonderful with so many layers and legacies and histories. Cinematography captures Ireland as real, not diddly-i. Very special FX and sound tapestries including music score. #Film #Cinema #HighlyRecommend @mastodon.ie @mastodon.social #mastodon.ie #mastodon.social
