I've been a loyal Bluebird customer since the 1980s. My parents used to arrange safe taxi transportation for me, to/from hospitals, orthopedic rehab clinics & orthotics clinic, when I was a child & they weren't able to get more time off work. I started traveling by taxi, independently, at age 9. We only used Bluebird & we are still loyal to their company to this day.
We support this immigrants owned, immigrants friendly local employer & have become friendly with many of their drivers over the decades.Please consider using Bluebird, if you're in the Victoria/CRD regional areas 😊

If you want to understand more about how white privilege works, especially in Victoria, BC, Canada - try suggesting developing a data centre in middle of Oak Bay - the richest, the whitest, the most privileged population in this city.
I'll bet my life, Mom's life, both my brother's lives - it would not go through, after only one council meeting, because super rich elites would not want that in their backyards. They're OK having it in our lesser privileged backyards though.That's the same municipality that refused to build or convert unused old buildings into more affordable housing. They're completely against any type of social housing or supportive housing for our most marginalized citizens too.

Hey, so, anyone know a cheap place to get a Catalina 27 rudder in the pacific NW? Or a fast and cheap place to get it rebuilt (or built from scratch, if that's a thing)?
Blackline can rebuild it, but it'll take a month.
(Update! We should be splashing next week. Blackline was able to effect a quicker repair for us.)
