"A fast, easy, simple recipe for non-toxic play dough.

* 2 cups flour
* 1 cup water

Mix together well and turn out onto a flat, clean work surface. Pat the dough into a ball and knead it well, until you have a smooth mass of dough that is pliable.

You can put dry Kool-Aid or Jell-O in the mix if you want colored dough, or use liquid food coloring.

Store tightly covered in a cool place. You can store it in the fridge (or even freeze it if you have too much) but this can lead to condensation making the dough wet when you bring it back to room temperature. Try to keep the exterior of the dough ball and your storage container free of water droplets. Be sure to remove dough from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before you plan to play with it."

There's nothing like coming home with a big thrift score that you managed to keep within budget! Woo!

Mostly, it's a bunch of craft supplies that will be wonderful mark makers with my gel plate... a bunch of textured rubber stamps, including some roller stamps, a new sketchbook, a shape cutting kit, a bunch of little bits of textured fabric....

I also picked up a small salad spinner which I want to use with the fluid art supplies I got as a gift for Christmas.

AND I managed to score a bra in my size for $6 that looked like it wasn't ever put on... something that feels nothing short of a miracle because I'm in one of those larger sizes that doesn't get sold anywhere but small boutiques and on the Internet, so this find in particular pretty much saved me $63.

Not bad for a $44 expenditure overall.

My friend works at a craft thrift store. This item showed up, we have ZERO clue what it is.

The little discs in the stand up part are rubberized, like little wheels.

Presumably it's got some #crafting purpose, but we are stumped. Anyone able to help us out?
