  32. Thought I had a gem squash, so I decided to precook it, stuff it with orzo risotto, and bake it. I actually had a spaghetti squash! Completely different cook time and causd me much confusion. Got there in the end...filled my belly, but a strange combination of textures. Wouldn't recommend it!
