Tanto pedidos de comida como de retail se estima impulsarán un incremento en el número de pedidos de la súper- app en México durante el fin de semana del 10 de mayo.

Este 10 de mayo, el calendario juega a favor de Rappi, pues la fecha en la que se celebra el Día de las Madres, cae en Domingo, día de la semana en el que históricamente la plataforma registra el mayor volumen de pedidos en México.
Datos de la súper-app proyectan un fin de semana –9 y 10 de mayo– de alta demanda en pedidos de comida; artículos de retail, como flores, plantas, bebidas, cuidado personal, entre otros, lo que se estima que genere un incremento de órdenes de entre 18 y 22%.
En años anteriores se ha registrado una tendencia similar; sin embargo, al ser Domingo se combinan dos efectos: el alza natural de la fecha más un incremento de 3 a 5 puntos porcentuales adicionales en el número de pedidos.
¿Y qué es lo que más se pide para festejar a mamá?
Si hablamos de ordenes de comida para el Día de las Madres, el platillo estrella es la pizza, que representa 19% de los pedidos que los usuarios hacen en esta fecha, en México, de acuerdo con datos de la plataforma. –sn–
