Eg har vidareutvikla skriptet «finn-relaterte-ord» – ei blanding av ei slags primitiv og ei avansert synonymordbok. No kan ein blant anna visa og filtrera ordklasse og skilja mellom ulike ord som har same stavemåte. Eg har laga eit lite skript som brukar data frå #Nynorskordboka til å finna alle ord som er nært relaterte til eit valfritt ord. Kan vera synonym, men òg andre nærskylde ord. Eit oppslag på «journalist» vil for eksempel gje orda «skribent» og «bladfyk», men òg ord som «avis» og «penn» og uttrykk som «ha ein god penn». Oppslag på «jazz» vil gje blant anna «improvisasjon» og «synkopere».

Obvious realisation: #Norwegian -tøy and #German -zeug often correspond (e.g. verktøy, Werkzeug), and look as if they should be related. (Not sure how to check zeug, but -tøy is from words like Old Danish tyg: see https://naob.no/ordbok/t%C3%B8y_1 .)
Further realisation: I realised this a few years ago. It was useful for guessing the meaning of unfamiliar Norwegian words from familiar German ones. Now, I'm using it the other way round.

@jpknor @forteller Det ser ut til at #Vipps på iOS tilbyr språk for #nynorsk, #bokmål, #engelsk, #dansk, #svenska (#svensk) og #suomi (#finsk).
Dette er bedre enn mange offentlige institusjoner/selskaper, som sjelden tilbyr nynorsk. Det mangler nordsamisk, men det har jeg til gode å se i noen app. Har du sett det @mbergnordlie?

Today, I work with #TaDiRAH. My team from the Uni of Oslo Library & the Oslo Metropolitan Uni, Dept. of Archivist, Library and Information Science, contributes the Norwegian #bokmål and #nynorsk translations for version 2 of the taxonomy.
