Anyhoo, a very busy day in the office, but I came home and did a 20 min kick-boxing workout and then a 3.4 mile power walk so that's all good. #AllGood.

I made it back from my overnight trip to see my brother. Its always good to see him and my little niece. (Happy 1st b-day to her) Best thing is I didn't get tripped out over it, but also bad thing, I mildly freaked out because I couldn't get hold of my friend who had taken my dog. So, part of last night was trying to convince myself things were okay. He called this morning and there was drama and he couldn't get back to me. Turned out fine though. Nami is good.
