That’s right—I said it: PANCAKES! Mua-ha-ha-ha! xD Hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Don’t imagine anything fancy. I just opened a package of Dr. Oetker pancake mix, added some melk with vitamin F(old simpsons joke) and an egg… That’s all.
I also added some weird molasses with ginger and turmeric to it, and yes, it tasted exactly as as it sounds… Delicious!

#vegetarischMehl Backpulver Milch Eigelb verrühren, #Eischnee #Dill + geriebenem #Käse unterheben.
#Erbsen #Gurke #Artischocke #Karotten schneiden, Karotten dünsten.
#Schalotte #Knoblauch #Senf #Sahne #Olivenöl #Chili #Curry #Ahornsirup SalzPfeffer zu einer glatten Creme pürieren. Unter das Gemüse mischen.
Dill + Öl pürieren, durch ein Sieb gießen.
Aus dem Teig #Pancakes braten, je 3 mit Gemüse dazwischen auftürmen, mit dem Dill-Öl beträufeln. -
Pancakes mit Kräuter-Erbsen + Feta
#vegetarischRote #Zwiebel #Kräuter (hier #Pfefferminze #Zitronenthymian #Basilikum) Öl + #Balsamico SalzPfeffer mischen.
Eigelb Mehl Backpulver Milch Salz zu einem dickflüssigen Teig verrühren. Eiweiß steif schlagen + unter den Teig heben. Aus dem Teig #Pancakes braten, mit den Erbsen + zerbröseltem #Feta anrichten.
Dazu gab es in #Sesam panierten und cross gebratenen Feta. -
We had friends over yesterday (remember the grand piano to be turned into a shelf? The work is progressing...), so I made one of the most comfort meals possible: pancakes! The East-European unleavened version (blini).
One of my favourite toppings is quark, berries, walnuts and honey. Another sugar and lemon juice, but we also had what felt lile half a ton of other ones. Yum!

I usually prefer Eastern-European style thin unleavened blinis, but somehow I felt like US-style banana #pancakes for days. And since it's Saturday and I had some very sad bananas in my fridge ...
Voila! They are melt-in-your-mouth perfect.
I followed this recipe, except that I used 2 bananas (1.5 bananas are a stupid amount!); pancake recipes are forgiving. Some eaten with maple syrup, rest to be frozen for work days:
