Sorry guys, because of a mis-configuration π€¦ all uploaded files bigger than 5MB uploaded prior to today where nuked at midnight (Eastern Time) each day.
Now that explains the issues reported with videos, where uploading worked but after a while they randomly failed (due to caching).
The issue is fixed so we shouldn't lose any more uploaded files. π

tldr; past uploads bigger > 5MB = gone, new upload = fine
